Hormonal treatment (10-12 days) will begin on the 2nd day of your period and will be monitored by ultrasound scans.
The procedure is performed 36-38 hours after the last hormone injection.
The male partner provides a sperm sample in the clinic. The sample is prepared in the lab.
The procedure is performed in the same clinic with the patient in the lithotomy position (typical for gynaecology exams). The selected spermatozoa are placed in the uterine cavity using a cannula. It’s a painless procedure. We recommend that the patient rest for 20 minutes afterwards.
The patient will take a progesterone vaginal suppository every night until week 12 of the pregnancy.
14 days later you will take a pregnancy test.
